My mother talked me into buying the black seed oil. i suffer from the Raynaud's disease . I feel the cold on my skin as a pain. After taking the oil for about 2 mo my symptoms disappeared. Also it helped regulate my indigestion, my joints hurt less and the whites of my eyes are mush clear. I am onto my 4th bottle and will continue!
This is pretty much the same product you get from GoCleanse. It worked great for me. I ordered the 11 day from GoCleanse and got this on my door. It had instructions for the 9 day but also GoCleanse put in their own instructions for it to be an 11 day system. I'll tell you, it wasn't easy. Cutting all my caffine and coffee was hard. Also, while sticking to the strict instructions, YOU WILL BE HUNGRY. BUT if you want results, DO NOT DEVIATE. be strong. The cleanse days are always the hardest with only able to snack on a couple of pieces of celery or 8 (yes count them) dry roasted salt less almonds BUT drink all the water you can (it really helps with the hunger pains) But when you power through the cleanse days, the shake days are heaven. I lost 15lbs on this cleanse and very much will do this again very shortly.
OK so here I go... Diatomaceous earth ( food grade) is really something more people need to know about.
Need need, can't do your nails without this product. Helps me get into my sandals, and get out the door faster.
I have experimented with many different lotions, this stuff by far is the best. I use it for existing tattoos and for new ones, 100% recommend for anyone looking for a quality tattoo moisterizer.
These things are great looking and very functional. The front dont cover as much as weathertech but they are great quality.
