Book Lover - Customer Service????? Maybe..........if you wait and wait

OK....so I bought this the other day and it took me 2 days to install it on my computer (Windows 7 64bit OS). It snagged up on "Creating your cabinet". Anyway, if you have that problem, right click the icon on the desktop and click "Troubleshoot compatibility". You need to run it with XP Svc Pak 2 (which the computer will tell you). From then on it has run smooth but forget contacting customer service. When you call, they say to e-mail then hang up. When you email, they don't respond. Basically, I have figured out that I am on my own with any issues. No support.

I've had this unit for about a week now and what I see mostly is that the construction is very sturdy, but the deck is not flexible as I would like it to be.
