As it states, this thing has 5 settings. Setting 1 is "I need to read something quick, but other people are sleeping around me in a tent". Settings 2-3 are various normal torch brightness levels. Like some of the other reviewers I too had an issue with installation where it failed with an error referencing Visual Studio 2005 tools. To Intuit's credit I did a quick Google search and found the solution in about 5 minutes. In my case it was a simple as uninstalling the tools and letting QuickBooks reinstall them as part of the installer package. As for the registration it was no different than any other version of QuickBooks that I have ever purchased. I just click no to all of their add-on products and it's all over in less than 5 minutes. As for the software itself there are a few improvements that I like over my previous version (I upgrade every 2 to 3 years) but this version isn't that much different. The look and structure is virtually identical to versions back to at least 2006. Of course, the priciples of accounting never really change so it's hard to innovate an accounting package that is already fairly complete. Once you get past the pain of installation and registration, QuickBooks is a very low cost full-featured accounting package, especially at the discounted download price.

My son and I have used this charger almost every weekend for the last year and a half. It's been a great charger! The only issue was with the battery connection posts, one of them broke the solder joint loose on the inside. This is due to the fact we are constantly plugging and unplugging the cables in every weekend. Since I do a lot a heavy-duty soldering for RC racing, I was able to fix it in just minutes and it's been going strong ever since.

For me, personally, this stuff is awful. I have PCOS and have to wax my face weekly, so I was looking for something to help soothe my poor abused skin, and also reduce some of the redness. Based on the ingredients listed it should work well, but maybe my skin is more sensitive than I realized - it burned, and it didn't help reduce any redness or bumps. If this works for you, awesome! But my skin is apparently a full-on princess and couldn't deal with this product.

I agree with other reviewers who advocate the trial first. THis is what I learned as a owner of quickbooks 2006 for Windows (yes 5 years old and still way better).
