  • cfm327 - Ok for the price

PROS: good price, big canopy, smooth ride, adjustable handlebar is great, and it's a great size for being places where there's lots of other strollers.

  • Thoughtfox - Drink This, Sweat A Lot

I drink this as directed about 45 mins-1 hour before Zumba. I am the kind of person who already naturally sweats A LOT during exercise, so when I got this, I wasn't expecting to sweat out toxins; I was expecting too pee a lot, that's all. But the first time I drank this and went to Zumba afterward, I found myself sweating more than I ever have. I mean, the sweat was just popping out and dripping all over me. TMI, perhaps, but this is what happens, and it's a good feeling. I drink a lot of water all day long, so I just keep this up, and I make sure to replace the water I lose with water after my workout. I am also nursing my 6 mo baby, and he has not had any side effects at all. The ingredients are all healthful, much like drinking the stuff in a smoothie with greens in it. The taste is kind of orangey but looking at something that is green but tastes like orange turns me off, so I just drink it in an opaque plastic cup, so I don't have to look at it. I don't mix it in with anything else, I just add 8 oz of water and drink it in one sitting. I would recommend if you want to rid yourself of built of toxins but I think you'd get better results if you drink it before exercise.

  • jluv88 - Best diaper cream

I love balmex. I use it as a preventative measure. My daughter is almost 4 months now and has never had diaper rash. Sometimes her little butt looks red after a 12 hour night without a diaper change but the redness literally vanishes with just one clean diaper with balmex. It is a nice thick white paste that has no smell (which I love). I have tried vaseline before but it didn't seem like it was doing anything. I also tried desitin and found it to be more watery and have a horrible medicinal smell. Just fyi, before applying any diaper rash ointment you should make sure the babys butt is nice and dry otherwise you are just trapping the moisture under the ointment. I have 2 big 16oz jars for home and bought the 4 pack of the 4 oz tubes for her diaper bags and daycare. p.s I have also used this on a burn I got and it cleared it up in a day.

  • Teide - Good information book about 2012 and mayan ceremonies

The book has got much information about the Mayans and their supposed practical ceremonies that you can do at home.Sometimes it gets a bit complicated with much Mayan stuff you can not prove to be right either, but at least he is Mexican and seem to know what is he talking about.I still miss the authenticity of those old mexican mayan shamans out from the American workshops circuits to talk about this but we all know we won't find this in amazon.
