I am starting on my fifth month. I cannot really say I have seen any improvement. I have had a summer cold and short bout of bronchitis while taking it. I suffer from sarcoidosis and asthma/allergies. No great improvement in the allergies either but ragweed season will be the real test. I do find that I am eating less fruits and especially vegetables because I subconsciously think I am covered by the product. I am going to give it 8 months before I determine if I am going to continue or stop taking it.

This might be a very good product for most people but I'm dealing with acne scars and it doesn't seem to have helped much. I have used it faithfully morning and night since July 15 and haven't noticed much difference. Maybe it just takes longer for my type of skin.

My wife passed the NCLEX PN first try. She said this book really helped and wished she had purchased it earlier.

You know, there are a few items I have purchased on Amazon that I'm not too keen to review, but what the heck. I bought this and use it everyday. It works as promised. The only downside is that I no longer have extended periods to sit on the toilet and read magazines. I am now in and out of the bathroom in a minute.
