Living in the middle of Texas, I am naturally terrified of big ships! This book helped me to overcome this fear, by facing the fact that even though big ships are all around me, and are scary to look at, they are really just trying to be helpful. I have learned that if I don't make eye contact, and approach slowly, big ships can be my friends! It's all in the body language.

I was very hesitant about writing a review about this product right after using it. After two weeks I can honestly say it works very well. The product does exactly what it advertises. IT MAKES YOU SWEAT. There are a lot of people who bought this and used it for one day and had nothing but bad things to say about it. I applied it to different muscle groups I was working out over the past two weeks and used it in multiple different conditions i.e lifting focusing on chest or running outside while it was hot and running outside while it was cold. Since my gym is highly air conditioned I never really got a good sweat and I was constantly cooled off. I applied this just to my chest and did my normal routine for the day. I noticed I have more blood flow going to that area and I was getting a better pump overall but do the arctic like AC system I still could not a get a good sweat. Legs however I did not have problem dripping sweat and my shorts had looked like they had fallen in the pool. I used this in the sauna and worked miracles. I came out of the sauna looking like I had just showered.

One of the few rash creams I have found that doesn't hurt my daughter when I apply it to a raw rash! (Just reacts to the cold paste) I have also found it to be very effective!! :)

I was really excited to receive the Vi-Salus shakes that were recommended to me by my local gym (which has a contract with them) and after receiving it, I was very disappointed. I made my first one and took it to work, I took a sip of it and was blasted with a over the top sugar taste. It was comparable to sweetened cake batter, except in a thinner milky form. Needless to say the taste and the texture were not very appetizing. I thought I could get used to the flavor so I continued to make one for supper and breakfast the next day, after attempting to stomach those, I ended up vomiting for the next 2 days. Not exactly what I would consider 'worth it.' I went back to my gym and told the trainer what had happened, his response 'Yeah, that happens frequently, people have a problem with the taste'.. My thought 'Thanks for the recommendation...'
