I don't know how good this stuff is for your teeth, but it's great if your mouth is dry. Like visine for your mouth. This mixed with a little water is like mouth lotion and it's a nice alternative to the typical powerful mint taste and smell.

At first I loved the product but then it started to dry out my skin. I almost gave up on the product but then I started to moisturize more. I got a few pimples when my skin was dry, however they have now cleared up. It has been a month since I started the product and I love it. IT IS IMPORTANT TO MOISTURIZE A LOT!!!

The picture on this TV is great. The design of the TV is also very nice, and I love how the frame around the picture is thin. I have to dock a star however, for a couple of reasons: 1) the sound is not the greatest 2) you MUST use a modern speaker system that has optical audio inputs (or purchase a digital audio to RCA converter cable/box) because the RCA audio jacks will only work when the device you are using produces video (i.e. a DVD player). In addition, you cannot rig this TV to use 3.5mm headphones, even if you purchase an RCA male to 3.5 mm female cable. If you want to listen to the TV through headphones, you need to purchase a sound bar or speakers (with a digital audio input) that has a headphone jack OR, if you have a cable box hooked to your TV and that cable box has the red and white audio jacks, you can use an RCA male to 3.5mm female cable and hook that directly into the back of your cable box. However, you will only be able to use the headphones when you are watching cable.

I found this book easy to read and the BFC 'lifestyle' even simpler to adapt to. The foods I eat can be found anywhere! Breakfast:Cheerios & Almond milk; Snack:string cheese; Lunch:Lean Cuisine Roast Turkey and Vegetables; Snack: Better Cheddars; Dinner: A salad made with turkey deli meat, avocado, lettuce, and Newmans Caesar dressing. If I want sugar in my cereal I add Truvia which is sold at 3 of my local grocers. If I want coffee, I order it with heavy cream and add a packet of Truvia. 'Legal' sugars are Stevia, Truvia or erythritol, and Xylitol. Weight Watchers worked for me for a while- but I craved sugar all the time!! The South Beach induction phase was too strict for me. The book offers 'Carb Swap' meals and Jorge's site offers alternatives if you're dining out. I occasionally hit McDonald's and I order an Angus burger no bun and a small fry. I no longer crave sugar and can easily satify my sweet tooth with Sugar free York peppermint patties or Sugar free Hershey squares. I love The Belly Fat Cure!
