Diet is really about calories and exercise, but I have a friend who SWEARS by Isagenix. Her results are amazing and she's lost a lot of weight and several dress sizes. Her resolve and follow through is much better than mine. The cleanse days, in my opinion, were awful and excruciating. Those days were long and arduous. The snacks weren't bad, but as a whole I had a difficult time staying on the program. You really have to have a certain mind set to make this diet work. If you have drive and determination, then go for it. If you are a sort of a fad diet 'I'll try it' kind of person, then this is not for you.

I love these. They are great. I received this product free of charge. My dog loves to have the window open when I drive. I have always been scared about having the window open with her hanging out. The other day she saw a squirrel and she jumped out of the window while I was driving. She is fine. I was going really slow. But now I lick her into the seat belt buckle and there is no way she can jump out of the window. Life saver!!!!

I purchased this for my 90 year old dad who swears by it. He is always telling people about it. He even got some little jars to put samples in for his friends.. He uses it on his right shoulder and both knees.
