I don't know if I got a set that wasn't properly coated or what. Based on other reviews I thought this would be good cookware. I used the fry pan twice and the non-stick coating was extremely scratched and the coating coming off in several spots. I did not abuse it, I have a cheap [$$$] set of Mirro cookware I have used over 15 years before the coating finally started to come off. I sent this set back without bothering to try any of the other pans in the set. Very dissapointed.

Very lovely cream for the face, and other areas that are dry... I am very happy with this purchase.. I have purchased VERY expensive name brand creams, which I found where MUCH less moisturizing..

Very handy stuff for attaching things to other things, attaching things to themselves, and making and attaching a new thing to a pre-existing thing.

This book is full of both the practical advice you can implement today and the theory that supports it. All I can say is that Athol Kay has nailed it. I consider myself a smart, proud man that can figure out his own solutions but the mystery of unlocking my wife's sexual desire was a nut I couldn't crack. I was frustrated and angry with her until I read this book. Now I feel like the power and control are back in my hands. This book should be required reading for any man contemplating marriage or already in one.

I bought this cable on the recommendation from my friend,Hugh Myron. He said if you wear it like a necklace, it really helps to get that sweet burn deep inside for that intense workout pump.

The stories were not what I expected but put a new slant on what I know. (Have not finished the book yet.)
