This product really works! After every time I use it (which is everyday) I feel like have done 100's of sit-ups and crunches. My Abdominal muscle feel incredibly strong and very tight. I can't wait to see how I look and feel after long term use. I recommend that you clean your skin before use (Rubbing Alcohol works well) and apply a salt-free and chloride-free electrically conductive gel to the pads then put belt on as tight as possible for best contact. I would never expect this device to help me lose body fat only a proper diet can do that, but as a muscle strengthening device it's amazing.

I buy this book every year, and it has been so helpful in doing the work for me when selling my images. I'm excited for the 2017 release this September.

I have tried over the years various version but always ended up not using. I decided to give it another try and was looking at 2011 but kept reading not so good things so tried 2010 version. It actually downloads from my bank, my credit card holders,etc. I am still learning about the stuff it can do but overall it seems stable and easier to use then previous versions

Doesn't work kids... I had to do a follicle test after receiving an offer from a Fortune 100 company. I did the Jerry G method. I even bleached/dyed my hair three times and used Toxin Wash each time. I have little body hair, so all of the hair was taken from my head. Don't waste your money, just take a moment and cry a little because you are screwed. I am a daily smoker if you were curious!

This is great! Forget the wet and sweaty cans. Ditch the coasters. Put your drink (beer!) in this coozie and your problems will be solved (more ways than one). You screw off the top part, put in your drink, screw it back on and you are good to go. This will be a staple in tailgating this year or backyard cornhole.
