I was drawn to this book because of the setting in Western North Carolina and the history of the Mountain Park Hotel in Hot Springs. There is nothing left of this grand old hotel in Hot Springs today, so I was interested in how the author would draw out the setting, and the answer is richly. From the beginning the mountains and the river and the grounds of the hotel turned prison were beautifully described, and the characters were just as deeply detailed. The juxtaposition between the mountain people and the German prisoners makes for good fiction, and the historical facts make it that much more enticing. And the strong-willed woman photographers Anna Ulmann is a perfect match for the hard-hearted Stephen Robbins, weaving in a nice love-story along the way.

This is a pretty decent set for beginners, although there isn't a huge variety. It's common to get two or three of the same card. But then again, if you're a beginner this won't matter very much.

Unfortunately this book is geared to PCs not the iMac. Had I known that, I never would have bought it. I will donate it to a half-price book store instead of just throwing it out.

While I greatly enjoyed 'The 2009-2014 Outlook for Wood Toilet Seats in Greater China', I'm really looking forward to the theatrical release. I can't wait to see how they capture the romance, intrigue, and intense deadlines of toilet seat production. (And PLEASE keep the car chase/traditional wood carving scene! It was AWESOME!)

It works.. bottom line, I lost almost 10 pounds in 3 weeks...But, I also lost my mind haha...I don't care what anyone tells you.. You will miss the art of CHEWING FOOD.... I know you get two meals on "shake Days", but even those meals are so restrictive it's just a pain in the ass. No more summer margaritas with the ladies, no more egg white omelettes in the morning, just pills, shakes, and more pills...Humans are meant to eat.....just eat healthy. I am going to keep using the shakes for my lunch time since I never really like lunch anyway and they taste good. But the cleanse days where I was consuming less than 400 calories a day...No wonder i lost weight!! I know some Pro-Isa people will say "it's only 30 days " but damn if I wanted to starve myself for 30 days, I could do it for a lot cheaper than 350 bucks :)

I was surprised when I received this. Never thought it would be all rolled up and put in a pretty thin container. After opening that container and unrolling the mat I wasn't sure I should had ordered it. It's definitely large enough but very thin. The thinnest pad I have ever seen. Let alone used. After the pad flattened out and I gave it a try I said to myself " self, I like this pad". My Logitech laser mouse liked a lot too. The thinness really seems to improve the mouse action and having the extra real estate is great. Less picking up the mouse and placing it back on the standard smaller pad is a thing of the past. I don't play any games on my system but I hear from those that do bigger is better. No complaints at all from me with this pad. If I were going to give any negative comments it would be that you better have a good sized desk to put this on. Works fine for me but you better measure to see if you have the amount of clear space you have available.
