I have to say, the product as it stands is very unappealing to the tastebuds, however, by adding one packet of Sweetleaf sweetener which has a zero glycemic index, mixing it with unsweetened vanilla almond milk and adding one teaspoon of unsweetened 100% cocoa to each serving it was palatable. The first three days were really hard and I did get a migraine which lasted off and on for two days. By the forth day I actually felt great and had a lot of energy. After drinking it for two weeks I almost like it now. So far I have lost 11 pounds in 14 days by replacing all three meals the first week and substituting a vegetable salad with olive oil and vinegar for the lunch shake the second week. I plan to continue on with two shakes a day along with a salad until I lose all of the extra weight. Surprisingly, it is much easier than I thought to stick with the plan. I have lost the cravings I used to have and have not cheated once. My husband can eat chips and cookies right in front of me and it doesn't bother me at all. I like not having to think about what I am eating and counting calories all day. So far so good...................

I've been using and tracking this stuff for the last four years, which should tell you just how hopeful I was that it would actually do something.

It was the only reference book offering a guide for Essentials, and is not very helpful in that department. Either create a special section for Essentials, or quit advertising it as a guide for Essentials.

There is not a light in the screen so it's hard to see. There really should be a belt loop on the end of one of the straps to make it easy to put the Slendertone on securely. I'm only 130 lbs with a narrow waist and it's hard enough for me to put the thing on securely since it is secured in the back with nothing but velcro and requires both hands or more to do so. I can only imagine how much work it may be for someone with a wide waist. It would also be nice if there were handy storage or protective covers for the gel pads that also kept them at a comfortable temperature. The thin plastic that comes with the pads collects fingerprints and a film of the gel material from the pads with repeated removal and application. The pads also feel uncomfortably ice cold each time you put the belt on.

If you are a casual or home user like I am: mainly into music, social media, exchanging pictures, emails, shopping, and a few games like 'Angry Birds' or 'Candy Crush', then you are going to find this computer to work well for the majority of your needs. I was a Chromebook user for years before this. and do still prefer some of the more streamlined function of that, but this allows me to hook up a printer and is far more compatible with some of the things I like to do.
