I placed a support request on April 27th (today is June 14th), which was not resolved but was marked as though it was. Since then I have emailed them from my personal email account and their online Help form and still haven't heard back. The program was great for a couple of years, and then it stopped opening entirely. I have lost several years of data.

Very happy! Second time I've purchased this serum, lasted almost 4 months! Small amount goes a long way, very lightweight, absorbs right into the skin. Pair with your favorite retinol cream. Awesome product!

I bought this product twice already. They come in packs of two and this was my first time applying a tempered glass protector to my phone. The first time I bought it, I applied the first protector incorrectly and I had to throw it away (fingerprints got all under...). I was a bit sad but was okay because the price for both was so low anyway. I successfully applied the second and it looked great! It does float a big on the edges but as I understand, that's how all tempered glass protectors will be on the iPhone 6s because the edge of the phone itself is a bit curved. I was worried it would reflect light (because it's glass), making it difficult for me to see my screen. But it actually felt like the colors might be a bit more crisp! And it didn't leave too many fingerprints (which I hate!) after use.

There is a reason why you see lots of these in the malls. It is lightweight, easy to pop-up, lots of value for the price level. If you have the chance, try to wait until christmas passes. We saw the price go down 15-20% in early January. By the way I think this product is fairly new, many of our friends who are parents of 5-6 yr olds do not know this product, referring us to uppa etc. No need to be "upper" scale than this.( not even the other B Ready model) So be careful while listening to advice from your friends, the stroller industry is advancing :-)

Small, Unobtrusive, Easy to Read. We put this in our boat and it is accurate so far. It is nice to wake up and read the monitor for a quick humidity and temp check before you step outside. We do have the larger version of this at home, which we love. We have a manually adjustable humidity control in our home and this monitor easily allows us to check humidity so we can adjust as needed. The accuracy is what prompted us to purchase the smaller version as well. It also makes a nice gift... a gadget they will actually like!
