goldponyboy - Great choice for a heavy commuter

Bought this shortly after my laptop purchase and I love it. Fantastic construction and materials, well thought out design and comfortable to carry. I hold my 17" laptop + power cables, large headphones, mouse, plugs and other random cables and somehow the bag doesn't ever feel or look bloated; and more importantly, even though I carry it daily, none of those items have ever been damaged.

Helene - Supersmile - Untrustworthy business practice!

The 1 star rating is for the shady business practices that Supersmile has applied to my poor mother who is in her late 80's. They are shipping her items and charging her credit card without her permission. They are doing this to an 86 year old woman who TOLD them during the first call that she only wanted the first shipment and NO OTHERS. She has been on the phone with them saying stop sending me items and bills. They talk nicely but keep hassling her. She has refused to accept the items when they come in the mail but they say she accepted them. She has put a 'block' on her credit card so they can't charge her. And now the company is sending her threatening billing letters.---My mother is a person who believes in honesty, always pays all bills that she owes, and follows up on all her responsibilities. She has been so upset by this that I have had to calm her down every day for the past week. I highly recommend that no one buy this product. It may have been an honest business as some time but you can't trust them now.

Melanie - Not a great fit

I have a HSI Professional hand dryer and the pik did not fit well at all. I had to rig it by taking one of my hair ties and stretching it across the teeth and pulling it back until it stretched over the vent of the dryer. It's probably a fire waiting to happen. I think I am just going to super glue it on since I do love the ability to comb and dry simulataneously.
