It doesnt work for everyone, but it does for me. The best strength is 10% so I get the minoxidil powder and make this 5% into ten. Big difference on effects. This brand is a great value for the money. cant be beat.

I used it once and then tried to install their firmware update, which immediately broke the machine. After weeks of communicating with their customer support via email and trying the various fixes they copied and pasted from their website, it still didn't function. Their support email address stopped communicating with me suddenly so I eventually called their hot line, and after being on hold for 50 minutes, was told there was no record of my emails but I should try to download their "new" fix because the ones I tried didn't work. At this point I'd spent many hours trying to make this machine work, including since they claim to have updated the fix, but the company refused to work out any sort of refund or replacement with me (and the customer service rep actually refused to get a supervisor for me to talk to -- he put me on hold and then came back and claimed that the supervisor told him to tell me to "do what I already said"). Atrocious customer service, piece of **** machine.

This was purchased for our 3 1/2 year old Granddaughter for Christmas. It was THE item everyone wanted this year. Every store we went to was "sold out". People were buying them and re-selling them for twice the price. I had already decided I was not going to pay more than retail for it. I checked Amazon daily and found it for retail price with free shipping just a week before Christmas! I could not believe it. Amazon came through once again for me. At first my Granddaughter didn't pay much attention to it. Since then, her parents have downloaded some of her favorite Bubble Guppy episodes and games on there and she is really enjoying it. She's always showing Grandma what she can do on it. It has provided a lot of entertainment and fun for both of us. It was definitely worth waiting for, and getting it for the retail price. I wish they made a car adapter for it however, so we could take it in the car. I contacted LeapFrog and they do not make one. It goes through batteries rather quickly. Guess we will have to go the rechargeable battery route. We bought the AC adapter, but she likes to move around with it, so that doesn't work out too well.

Ive already noticed a significant difference in the way my teeth feel after using this product. I know it will take some time for my teeth to completely become whitened, but it has changed a Few shades so far and it has been a couple of weeks since I received it. I use this first, before I use normal tooth paste. This is suggested in the directions and I believe is the best way to use it because after using it, your gums in between your teeth may look a little dark. Using toothpaste afterwards gets rid of the excess blackness of the charcoal remnants.I will definitely continue use of this product and I like the fact that it is all natural. I received this product at a discounted price in exchange for an honest and unbiased review.

I love it. It has a very clean, good user interface. However, it's a little hard to figure out how to disable Avast! when you need to to install certain programs. In my experience it has blocked nearly all attempted viruses. I like the browser cleanup, the sandbox, and the safezone features. It wasn't able to remove Conduit, which took possession of my browsers and search engines when I downloaded some freeway from CNET and wasn't paying attention, but they may have dealt with this since the incident.
