This product is wonderful but you have to careful about how much you put on your hair. The directions state to put a dime sized amount on your hair - I think that might be too much. And avoid putting it on the roots - otherwise your hair will look greasy. I use a very small amount on the ends of my hair when it's wet. After drying and using a straightener, I add a tiny bit more to my hair. My hair is seriously soft and shiny.

Arrived a few days before projected date. I'm a week in to using the product and have lost 8 pounds. I have not yet started working out, I anticipate the results will continue

Even though others on here warned me, I was fool enough to order. It feels like I'm washing mild glue out of my hair - this is definitely not Paul Mitchell shampoo. I am using a 99 cent shampoo until I can get something else; that's how bad this crap is and who knows what chemicals they used as filler. Amazon should be ashamed to still carry this counterfeit on its website.

I would not be able to nurse without more milk plus. I tried stopping after 2 months to see what happened to my supply and there was a very noticeable decrease. If you are having supply issues, definitely give it a try.
