Everything you have read about the bad customer service is true. Ordered the product on 12/11 as a Christmas present. It may have shipped today, 12/21. They are not sure. No online tracking. Will not respond to e-mails or return phone calls.

At first, for a few months I thought this did not work. At first it turned the black color sort of a brownish yellowish color but was still there. Almost wrote a review saying it did not work. Now after 7 months it looks new. I modified the Gilmour 362 that people are buying with this, you almost have to if you don't want to walk up on the roof. I enlarged the holes in the Gilmore on the top so that the roof cleaner is really sucked out as recommended in the dilution to water. If you don't you are putting out minute quantities that is useful for weed killing, but not for this roof application. After you enlarge the holes in the Gilmore, do a test by spraying 1 gallon out and seeing if the proper dilution is achieved. Remember to take the black diffuser off the end of the nozzle for a far reaching spray stream! I will always use Spray and forget now.

A lot of data was lost during a lightning storm. This happened because I was too cheap to purchase an UPS. Not anymore, this UPS has already saved my system during a few other power killing storms. The 12 outlets make it easy to plug in a computer and accessories with room to spare. On the battery, it has plenty of power to run 2 LCD displays, a beast of a PC, router and cable modem for about 60 minutes; plenty of time to finish a show and shutdown.

You can buy the same program on their official website for a much cheaper price than on Amazon. Does not have videos that I thought came with the purchase. Overall its a good program.
