  • amoretriste - Tiny but useful

When I ordered this, I didn't realize it would be so tiny. I do like that it's a squeeze out tube, making it easier to get the product out but it's so tiny! I could literally lose this if I wasn't careful. I thought I've lost it a few times in my own purse. Anyway Abreva works like a charm when used at the appropriate times, this particular tube was expensive for the size. I still don't know why Abreva in general is so darn expensive.

  • Pamela Bucher - Snake Oil For Pools...maybe works for spas

First warning sign, a static website. Are they stuck in 1996? The info on the website is a recreation of the instructions on the bottle. No FAQ, just contact info. There is an EMAIL address and street address. If you Google the street address, Google street view shows you a residential neighborhood. They obviously haven't put a lot of effort into the website.

  • Earthenvesel - Book Binding is Defective

After reading just two chapters, the pages began to fall out. I returned it and Amazon quickly replaced it. The replacement was just as bad. I did not return it. I am using the electronic version on the CD that came with the book. If you prefer to use the physical book, it will not withstand even light use.

  • pintglassgirl - Works great except...

I've used it a few times now, and it works pretty well except the green light doesn't seem to function as it should. But other than the fact that this light doesn't always turn off when it should, the waffles still turn out great. I like that there is a tone to signal when it is done. It has a compact size which is nice. It doesn't have a drip/spill tray, but it hasn't been necessary, and it takes up less room than waffle makers with them. Overall, its been a great success!

  • LLdemats - I love this magazine

I love this magazine, but my Amazon.com experience with it has been very painful. As a Kindle subscriber, I had hoped that I would be able to access all the articles, especially the ones that come in the New Yorker daily emails with featured news items. However I have not been able to access them, constantly getting the message that I have read my first ten articles free, and that I would have to subscribe to continue reading. I " chatted" with the Amazon personnel about this, and wrote to Conde Nast, who kindly set up a log in for me. But this hasn't resolved the problem. Yes, I get the digital subscription on time, but the daily articles are the ones I'd likely read first, and even with this Kindle subscription, I can't get at them. Buncha crap. Not the magazine, I mean, just the bugs that make it seem that Amazon is selling a good product without really standing by it, or providing full service. My " chat" experience with Amazon was terrible....I got handed around to three or four different people, none of them really solving the problem. It's still not solved. Caveat emptor.

  • Kevin Gamble - This is the only soap we ever use on our two small kids, and it's been terrific

This is a marvelous soap. Simple, safe ingredients; usable on body and hair alike; and both cleans well and is very gentle on skin and hair, with no off-putting artificial feeling or smell.

  • PattiBee - Save Your Money... This model STILL not worth it!

I ordered this unit so fewer of us need to share a sink for brushing. Product has nice storage for parts and an attractive design with great tubing storage but benefits end there. Unit did well for about the first 60 days but growing suspicions of a leak led me to add dye to the water well. This confirmed a leak is at the base of the handheld water jet unit where the tubing enters the handle (not the water well valve where other reviewers noted issues).
