This is a wonderful product. It has helped my face tremendously. I have a nicer complexion and my face is much smoother and clearer.

I am on my 9th day of this cleanse. It's was just ok. Would not do it again. Green shake is duable. You get used to the taste. I experienced severe headache, specially at night. My period arrived 2 weeks earlier, that never happened in my life. Made me very tired during the day and more energetic at night. The Apache cherry syrup, kept me up all night. I only took it for the 3 days and couldn't anymore. Terrible! Made feel restless, agitated all night. Tried to contact costumer service over the phone. NO support system at all. Not friendly & cluless. Sent email to the supposedly physician to respond to my concerns and nothing! So Donny count on any support system from this company. Of course you will loose some water weight because you are about to starve yourself for 10 days. Make cucumbers your best friends. You will eat them all day long! I'm glad this is over!

I have tried everything. Nothing worked. Then I tried Amberen. I have to take 4 pills a day. However, I have hardly any hot flashes. Night sweats pretty much gone. And most of all I sleep at night. All night. For about 15 years I have not sleep all night, unless if I drank or was on pain pills. And the belly fat is going down. I have more energy, feel great. Libido no. I have not felt anything that was at all. I still have dryness, and low sex drive. But that is what toys are for. I will take that over everything else I had. My boyfriend is ok with it too. At least he understands. But intimacy can be very satisfying. Life is good with this product. It works for me. I will keep using it. Great product.

I wasn't expecting much, but only after a week, I lost 8 pounds. I'm not joking! I also restricted my calories, did cardio exercises everyday and took 1 pill 3 times a day 30 minutes before meals. And please drink lots of water, it will help get the supplements through your system. I'm not sure when I will increase my dose to 2 pill at a time, but as long as I maintain these results, I will stick with what I'm doing. I also spoke with customer service and they were incredibly nice. I can't say enough about my results so far. It has really helped me stay motivated to continue with a more healthy way of life. I will update after a month.

The magazine was purchased as a gift. The recipient is just finishing it now. I ask for her comments. She said it was for informative and she enjoyed reading it very much. She had seen someone reading it on the bus and thought she would like to read it. She was glad she mentioned it and someone got it for her. She would recommend it to others, highly.

Billy Bob Thornton...what can I say? He's a great actor and he played a great part in this series, and all the rest of the cast did a good job as well. The story was absolutely wonderful befitting the title well; somewhat of a male-lead Erin Brockovich. When it seemed that all was lost, he would find a way to continue pursuing a great wrong (and many small wrongs meant to cover it up). There were several "I didn't see that coming" things that happened. This is a must-watch; you may even do some binge-watching like I did because you can't wait to see what happens next.
