I love this product for what it does for my skin. It has, however, totally discolored the neck of many of my expensive white cotton nightgowns. Someone responded that this product is not for use on the neck, but here's why I apply it ( wiping gently nightly with the same single pad) to my face and neck : While no claim is made by the company about its effectiveness in removing, over time, and possibly preventing skin tags on the neck, nor do I maintain that it's suitable for others, it has worked for me for years. I bought my first Mr. Beer kit about 2 months ago knowing nothing about the beer making process. I was skeptical on the product because the kit looked cheap and I was doubtful it could produce the quality beer I expected. But I'm a gambler and the reviews on this product weren't bad. The kit arrived in the mail and I quickly brewed up my first batch of Czech Pilsner. I followed the instructions verbatim, making sure to sanitize everything properly (since this is like 9/10 of beer making). In short, you bring water to a boil, add and stir in the malt, then add cold water to the barrel, poor the hot malt mixture into the barrel, add the included yeast, let it ferment for a week, then you transfer the wort into the bottles and add sugar. After sealing the bottles and letting them sit for a week, your beer is supposed to be drinkable. At least this is what Mr. Beer claims. I tested this process and it tasted like crap. There wasn't a lot of carbonation, and the taste seemed off (had an apple cider after taste). At first I wrote it off that Mr. Beer was a scam. But then I waited. I still had other unopened bottles and figured I could let them sit for a few more weeks to see if this changed anything. I even did some online research to see what others had to say about Mr. Beer. The forums about the issues I was experiencing seem unanimous. You have to let the beer sit for around 4 weeks in the bottle. Afterwards, you put the bottles in the fridge for around 2-3 days to condition them. If you do this your beer will come out nothing less than awesome (assuming you properly sanitized and your yeast wasn't old or expired).

I have had previous iterations and been disappointed with the connections problems, tech support and the new versions which disappointed.I had 2010 version and I didn't like it, and it gathered dust.Even with the newest version, 2012 I finally closed out a bank account I had because I could not resolve download conflicts. Its a pretty big bank in California. That's the bad news.

I can't thank Dr. Lehman enough for this program. This is REAL life. He was describing OUR 12 year old "negotiating" son to a "T!" My husband and I listened to the discs separately, then together. Sometimes we were laughing because Dr. Lehman was describing OUR son...at least we felt that way. We were able to learn techniques and really take a step back and find out what made our son "tick." Looking for the "triggers," finding out that he was a born "negotiator," learning how to give out consequences the correct way...all priceless as far as we are concerned. When we thought we needed some one-on-one time with someone...the parent hotline was there for us. When I first purchased the program, I was crying on the phone with the customer service rep...who KNEW what I was going through! My hubby and I have always joked and said, "I wish when he was born, he would have come out with an owners manual." The Total Transformation Program IS that owner's manual. We can't thank Dr. Lehman enough!

The tray keeps snapping out of the base every time I move it. My 14 month old once snapped it out herself and got her finger caught.
