I've been using this for a month now. I am 5-10 193lbs( do the conversion your self) and I weighed 205 before taking. I workout every tues./thurs. and wasn't seeing the fat burning properties that I wanted. So I ordered these. They have an appetite suppressor in them as long as you eat a small breakfast you can pass the whole entire day not feeling tired, or hungry. I've told my friends and family who think I'm anorexic, that if in fact I am then it is controlled anorexia. A good calorie intake would be around 2000 or less, and I'm a dude so this is very difficult with out the appetite suppressant. The fat burning quality is bar none, I can actually feel it sucking the fat away from my mid section. So overall I feel like this is a tremendous product I give it an 10/10. We were sure if it was fleas or not, as our vet couldn't find a flea on him, but our dog had a rash on the inside of his hind legs. For 5 months we tried changing his food thinking it was a food allergy. Since I foster dogs I decided to try this out just in case and figured it couldn't hurt...within in 2 weeks of putting the product down my dogs rash was gone. We are back onto the food he was on when it all started.

I love this set of essential oils. If you are new to using essential oils this is a great beginner set to start out with. It comes with many of the most popular oils needed in a lot of basic blends and recipes. I just started using essential oils about 9 months ago after learning about the many healing properties of essential oils and starting to make more DIY projects. There are many recipes online you can find that will help you know how to use essential oils but here are some ways I use them: I smell them. Peppermint can help improve concentration, lavender can help you feel relaxed, citrus oils like lemon, orange, and grapefruit, can help you feel rejuvenated and happy and there are more positive ways that the oils when smelled can help you depending on their scent. If I want to put an oil on my skin I dilute it first in a carrier oil because putting oils directly on your skin may irritate your skin because they are so concentrated. I dilute mine with coconut oil but you can also use olive oil, almond oil, grape seed oil, jojoba oil, and more. I use little glass bottles 5 ml or 10 ml with a roller top that gets filled most of the way with the carrier oil and then several drops of essential oil 7-30 drops depending on the size of my roller bottle. It may sound like a lot to use 30 drops but the drops are very small and they come out of the essential oil bottles one drop at a time as you gently shake them out. Darker colored bottles will help your diluted blend to last longer. Then you can roll on the diluted oil right onto your skin. I also add essential oils when making soaps, bath bombs, lip balms, and other DIY projects at home. Another great way to use these oils are to put them in a diffuser. You can get a powered diffuser that puts the essential oil diluted in water into the air, or you can use a diffuser necklace that looks like a locket with felt inside and you put a few drops of oil onto the felt and place it inside the locket so you can smell the oil throughout your day. With so many uses and so many healing properties these essential oils are a great set to get. The therapeutic grade is a high quality grade and you'll be able to smell how wonderful these oils are before you even open up the box. You're going to love them! If you think something is clean, clean it again with Krud Kutter. We discovered we were wasting our time using traditional cleaners for various surfaces. We now us KK on EVERY type of material including fabrics. It will streak glass. For small items, just spray it on and rinse it off. If you have a smoker in the house, you will finally get things really clean. I thought I kept a very clean house until I tried KK.

Won't Install in 64 bit Windows 7 pro laptop, It keeps telling me I need a windows program, I reloaded my earlier SA USA 2011 version went in with no issues, however I managed to load the 2015 version it in to my smaller windows 8 computer.

What could be said about K&N that hasn't already been said? Wrenches on & off with ease. With this filter, I have confidence & peace of mind. I have used K&N on everything from 1/4 mile cars, to little Hondas, to heavy duty trucks & SUVs. But don't just take anyone's word for it. If you've found this product online, that means that you are smart enough to use a search engine. Read the independent analysis. Plenty of guys have taken filters apart for examination, and done oil analysis. Sure, there is no way of saying which filter is absolutely the best. And I for one do not limit myself. But K&N filters have a space in my shop right next to aFe, Mobil 1, Motorcraft, & Wix.
