I installed this myself in about 30 minutes. Hardest part is getting those end caps off. Used a screwdriver in the slot and a hammer to "knock" them off. (I am a small, middle-aged woman.)

When you watch the video, it says that your butt should be lifted each time the machine goes up. The first several times I just rested my legs on it and mine did not lift. Neither did my husbands or daughter, when they tried it. Tried different height levels, and then one day as I was trying different techniques, finally my butt started to be lifted and when I was doing it correctly, it did a great job. But you do need to keep focused on keeping the legs firmly on the leg rest in order for your butt to rise otherwise, it will stay on the ground and not do such a good job. Also, in the instruction booklet it says that your butt does not have to leave the ground, but the video says it does. Oh well, I stuck to it and it does help my back. One thing, my legs start to go to sleep and tingle if I go beyond the first 10 min. Wish that didn't happen. Hope this helps. :)

I'm reviewing the Mac version - ordered through Amazon, Single Disc Install. I just got this in the mail two days ago. I'm a complete beginner to guitar - and I am awful. A falling leaf would have a better chance at hitting the right strings than I do. Its still a blast to play! One could say its like a 3-D version of Guitar Hero or Rock Band. Sure, the track selection isn't as great as some of the more metal versions of Guitar Hero, but most of those songs would be too hard to learn as a beginner. This game is solid!

Nony X works for my nails that were damaged from cutting them too short. I was misdiagnosed with nail fungus but my nails were just curved. They were very thick but it was due to the nail growing differently. I tried everything on the market and podiatrists tried jublia and surgeries on the big toenail. Nothing helped. My nails kept growing into my toe. This was some serious pain. I eventually found filing the nail down ( and you have to be very careful with filing), and then putting the noni X nail gel helps tremendously. When a nail is curved and you cut it straight, as is customarily correct for most people, it can eventually damage the nail bed. I googled the treatment for nails like this and have been adhering to a non-traditional approach that works for me. I file the nail instead of cutting it. I use nony X 2 times a day. Sometimes I put Co Q 10 under the nail if it is hurting and that helps too. My nail appears to grow up instead of out. A word of caution, be careful filing the nail . Too much is not a good thing. I was told to never file the little moon part of the nail too. My nails may never grow out normally, or they may eventually get there. In the meantime, Nony X Nail Gel is my top recommendation for nails that are curved and growing into the toe.

I'm an ER doctor. Not the usual herbal remedy kind of guy. My wife had a nail fungus and didn't tell me about it. I saw it and told her to go to the Dermatologist.
