This is the BEST probiotic I have ever tried!!! My experience mirrors that of many posters on here. I had BV, cleared it up w/antibiotics, & then got a yeast infection due to the antibiotics. i would call my hands average size for a man, i am 6 feet tall with a small frame, and no one has ever accused me of having big hands, I got the XL and they are not too big, they are almost just right.
