I love Amazon and usually purchase all my items from them. In this case I purchased my Ninja from QVC due to all the extras they were offering. I contacted Ninja and they told me it was not covered under warranty and would cost me $39.95 plus shipping and handling. WHAT? For something that I did not do or had control over. Then the rep asked me to do a survey to which I replied why would I want to review something that is broke, she hung up on me.
