This software is apparently written by someone who thinks they know what you want to do better than you do. It is difficult to use to the point of being silly, and to send copies of a drawing in a useable format to a printer, or to a builder, requires so many conversions using other software that it might be faster to draw the design with a pen and ruler. The "decisions" made for you are so ridiculous that it would be laughable if I hadn't needed to be able to do floorplan sketches quickly! A good example is in rearranging a room. To avoid having to reload items from a library on a slow internet connection, on other software, I just drag the item across a room, or into another room on the drawing, on this, it would not let me move a cabinet into another room, apparently because the DOOR was too small for the cabinet! Give me a break. I guess if it's software for idiots who would otherwise put a cabinet outside the house as part of a plan, it would be wonderful, but I find this frustrating, insulting, and difficult at best to work with. I would never buy software from "Chief Architect" again.

I have been buying this JK Lasser tax publication for many, many years. Usually, I find it to be a very usefull publication. However, this year the book is missing a lot of very important material and information, and a great deal of the information that is in the book is inaccurate. The book should never have been published until most of the tax law changes were complete. To make matters worse, the publisher still (as of 2/19/13) does not have a printed supplement available for distribution by mail. Also, it's like pulling teeth to get them to agree to mail you the supplement (even when and if it finally becomes available). The Publisher, John Wiley & Sons, Inc. made a grievous error in printing the book prematurely, and now they make matters worse by not offering a printed, updated supplement in a timely manner. This book is an iconic publication that is relied upon by many, many people each year. I think it was very shortsighted of the person or persons at John Wiley & Sons, Inc. who decided to publish the book prematurely with so much information that they knew would turn out to be inaccurate. They are damaging the reputation of an iconic publication for short term monetary gain.

Loved this product, though I didn't buy on Amazon. I have thick, super curly hair (picture Alicia Keys or Tia/Tamara Mowry twins) and I typically only have my hairstylist straighten/blow out my hair because it would always take me forever. I would spend more than an hour with a blow dryer and then more than an hour with the flat iron only to have mediocre results. Since I put the Easy Straight in my hair it takes me about 10 minutes to blow dry my hair and maybe 10-15 minutes to flat iron. What a life saver!!! My only complaint is that it usually only lasts in my hair about 2 months before the new growth drives me crazy....not the products fault.
