Very good. I used it to remove adhesive from debadging a car. I found that this usually works best within the first couple of seconds. At one point I waited to long and the effect wore off making the adhesive harder to remove.
I originally purchased these for my twin 4 year old sons to use at their big brother's Nerf birthday party. They were very excited about them, and I like the overall design and the fact that there are only three darts for them to worry about (read: shoot at me at one time. I can easily retaliate before they have time to reload). The only bummer was, the way you have to pull down on the bottom of the gun to prime it, was a little difficult for them. They aren't wimpy little guys either, but it required a little more strength and grasping ability than they possessed. As we have had them a little longer, they are getting more adept at using them, one of them managed to sneak up on their big brother last week, which they were fairly excited about. These guns have been left outside for days on end, and so far still work just fine. My husband just found one hidden in the weeds he was weed eating, and with the exception of fading from the sun, it still worked. Some of the other, more expensive guns we have had in the past warped from the sun and wouldn't shoot properly. All in all, I think these are a great little toy for the younger crowd, just be forewarned you may be asked repeatedly to help them at first.
I love using essential oils in my diffusers to scent my home, and often mix different oils depending on my mood. Others, I mix into a carrier oil, like coconut or almond, so that they can be applied directly to my skin. Essential oils are a great homeopathic means of addressing common health issues in a non-invasive way. This set has a very flexible variety of oils that can easily be mixed together to customize the scent in the air, modify one's mood and benefit health:
I voluntarily reviewed an ARC of this book. I really enjoyed this second book from Lauren Landish and Willow Winters. The story of Lizzie(Elle) and Liam was such a good one. Elle is a woman who comes home from school for her stepfather's funeral. Richard her father did not tell her how bad he was because at the time he did not want to put her through all the pain of seeing him suffer. Liam is a man he meets when he attempts to gain some money for the treatment he needs to hopefully save his life. Liam and Richard end up becoming friends through all of this. Elle and Liam meet and end up supporting each other through the mutual grief each is going through. The two have an instant attraction to one another. Unfortunately Liam has a rival who is in the same business he is in and finds out Elle is Liam's weakness. Liam will do anything to protect the woman he loves. This story was a really fast read yet it was full of enough detail to make it a wonderful read. Of course as with all of the books from the authors it has an HEA!
Arrived quickly and I couldn't wait to open the box! I was impressed by the build quality and appearance. This is a ten second job to remove the factory antenna from my 2011 Mustang GT, and installing the Stubby. I highly recommend this for anyone looking to improve their cars appearance with a shorty antenna.
I had used a Jandd Hurricane for the better part of a decade, but with its clips broken, its velcro no longer sticky, and its cordura fraying, it was time for a replacement. Since I'm on a budget, the custom, US-made bags (as nice as they are), are not really an option for me. That's why Jandd, Banjo Brothers, and Timbuk2 are cheaper: outsource the labor to Mexico (Jandd) or China (the others I mention). First I tried a Banjo Brothers bag (their largest I think), but it arrived with a serious sewing defect. Amazon was good about taking it back. Then I ordered this Timbuk2 Classic Messenger Bag 2014 Large, and it really fits the bill as a carry-all. I use it now more as a casual and larger briefcase alternative rather than a true bike bag, but years ago I did work as a NYC courier, and I would have been thrilled with this bag back then too. The fabric is strong, and reasonably water resistant (though I would not describe it as truly waterproof). The clips and straps are all easy to reach and use. The diversity of open and zippered pockets afford a lot of capacity and utility. I routinely carry keys, medications, reading materials, note pads, pens, markers, lip balm, a small flashlight, a multitool, and I-pad, a water bottle, etc. This bag can haul it.
The mobility is awesome but I think the mental uplift is huge. I just got it yesterday and was up and walking well in15 minutes of practice. I was very blue on the couch before I got it thinking about being immobile for 3 months. Watered plants this morning and am so happy! I am 69 years old so anyone can use it.
