Collected in this book are some of the best stories I've ever read, but if you're not a reader of literary fiction, you might miss the point of a lot of them and think they're "dull" simply because the narrative isn't as flashy or "clever" as the stack of mystery novels you blazed through on your Florida beach vacation. If you read for good writing, powerful emotional hooks, and all around good storytelling, then this is certainly worth looking through. There is some really incredible writing on display here from some true masters of the craft. Some of these stories moved me to tears, most of them had me saying "Damn..." to an empty room after I read the last word.
Was looking for a set for around the house and work bench, did not want anything too high end. These are pretty much perfect, nice size as well. Great roll up bag, can even be hung using the grommets.
Finally a smooth, aesthetically pleasing USB chord. Durable, much harder to tear or rip than the standard white chords. Charges my iPhones quicker and gives me more wiggle room to use while I'm charging due to its length. Also, cant get dirty like the white USB chords. Highly recommended!
As usual Mark Edwards does it again! I never see the twist coming but when it does it is always a good one. This book is no exception. Keep up with this fast paced thriller or you just might take a wrong turn and wind up in the basement!!!
Jeffrey Dean Morgan is a perfect Negan, just way too many "this happened to make the episode how we want it " moments that were too unbelievable... for me a least. Rick chewed a guys throat out but cant find an opening in a full blown road trip to attack a lone driver that just brutally killed his friends. The lack of real tension takes all the original fun out of the show and replaces it with a child like line of thinking for playtime storylines. I'll stick to the comic, its way more believable at this point.
I don't have horrible acne, but I do get a few stubborn zits every month. Plus, the older I get, the weirder my zits become (lovely image, I know). For example, I've had a small, but persistent zit on my cheek for about 7 months now. The thing just won't go away no matter how much I poke it or cleanse it. This kit FINALLY got rid of it. I waited to try out one of the tools until I got out of the shower so my pores would be nice and open. It was cool how much effort it didn't take. The case is nice, I'd probably lose the tools without it. Definitely worth it.
