Havent noticed a difference in weight. Sometimes i feel like i have a little bit of energy but it could be the placebo effect. Because it doesnt always have that effect. Also has a pretty bad taste. Not worth the money.

Son happy with this book. He is in info tech, and had hoped that there would be a book of tech writing, however he is a science person and stated satisfaction with this book.

I live in a region that has a very limited selection on the radio. This and Pandora on my phone has made longer car trips much more tolerable. I pairs easily and the sound from the radio is clear.
