  • Doug Johnson - Let the buyer beware . . . .

    Bought this middle of last year as an early Christmas gift for my niece. We FINALLY opened it and tried to use it this past weekend. The machine could not even read the disc. Did all the troubleshooting steps -- reboot, try another disc (no trouble there), wipe the disc (not in a circular manner -- like the manual indicates), nothing worked. The product cannot get damaged sitting in a closet for seven months, so it was either already in such poor condition to begin with or it was damaged during shipping (the package did not appear damaged or I would have investigated then). Anything you receive from this company -- open, inspect and test it immediately.

    I received this product and ultimately my money was refunded, but this is a low quality camera with people obviously using a cheap translating tool to try and communicate. After hours of trying to get this to work, I had no success. I would not recommend this for any use.

    I'm a big fan of BlitzWolf, before this they had a single VR, it's not so perfect as you can only be watching and no way to enjoy playing it.

    My 1st experience with this pen was less then stellar. I expressed myself to the company through an e-mail and was contacted by one of the owners promptly. He was very genuine and down to earth. He shipped out a new pen immediately with new sd card, charging cord, and pen. Follow up was consistent. Have used pen many times for legal purposes and has been nothing less then perfect after the 20 or so 30+min videos. I do suggest downloading a compatible player to view videos on your phone. I am using MX player where I can view, store, or delete videos. The same goes for computer. Download compatible viewer before trying to use.

    Very nice walking stick. We like that we can make it compact to keep in the vehicle and just extend it to use it. It's so versatile that we can use it hiking in the woods, walking the creek or even walking in ice or snow. It's a little wabbly because the joints where it extends but it doesn't seem to take away from the stability. Very nice walking stick. We got this item free in exchange for writing a review
